Christian Felix, He/Him
Christian inspires leaders and teams to have conversations that move cultures forward. Drawing from nearly two decades of experience across industries and a unique background in performance arts, he designs immersive learning experiences that spark honesty, deepen connection, and inspire action. Whether he’s guiding a leadership team through tough dynamics or creating space for a new kind of dialogue, Christian brings both precision and empathy to every room.
With roots in his Haitian-Irish heritage, Christian’s lifelong curiosity about identity and difference fuels his work. He holds a BA in English and Drama from Dartmouth and an Executive Certificate in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion from Georgetown University.
From global companies to community-based organizations, Christian helps teams challenge the status quo and build cultures where people feel seen, heard, and empowered to lead with purpose.

Jeff Pagliano, He/Him
Jeff brings the perfect blend of creativity and curiosity to every project. Drawing on more than 15 years of experience living and working around the world, he uses the power of story to build community and transform challenging situations into opportunities for progress.
With a background in theater and education, Jeff engages a global community of professional performers to bring workplace scenarios to life in dynamic and immersive ways. His sessions are designed to be both memorable and meaningful, helping teams work through tough dynamics and get more authentic with one another.

Amber Williamson, She/Her
Amber helps organizations turn their best intentions into concrete results. With a decade of experience spanning human rights, education, tech, and leadership, she partners with clients to build learning and culture strategies that deliver measurable change.
Whether you’re looking to strengthen your ERG strategy, build more accountable leadership, or design learning that actually shifts behavior, Amber brings deep expertise and a practical, results-driven approach.
As a second-generation Jamaican and Irish American and a member of the LGBTQIA community, Amber brings a lived understanding of identity, culture, and belonging to every room she enters. Her perspective is shaped by navigating multiple worlds, personally and professionally, and she creates space for others to do the same. Backed by a Master’s in Adult Education and an Executive Certificate in DEI from Georgetown, her work focuses on aligning values with action; helping teams communicate better, lead more accountably, and build workplaces where people truly want to belong.
